STEEL MAGNOLIAS — A TRIBUTE TO DOLLY PARTON

FOR DOLLY.

Some people leave behind songs. Some leave behind movies. Some leave behind memories.

And then there are the rare few who leave behind a little more light than they found.

This Wednesday, September 2, the Teepee Drive-In is changing our schedule to honor the life and legacy of Dolly Parton.

We’ll gather beneath the Oklahoma sky to watch Steel Magnolias—a story of friendship, strength, love, laughter, and the kind of heartache that somehow reminds us just how beautiful life can be.

Dolly had a way of making people feel like they belonged. Through her music, her films, her generosity, and her unmistakable spirit, she showed us that kindness is never wasted, that dreams are worth chasing, and that a person’s greatest legacy may simply be the lives they made a little brighter.

So this Wednesday, we invite you to bring your family, your friends, and your memories of Dolly

Wednesday, September 2, $10 Carload Night
Gates open at 6:15 PM; Movie begins at 8:15 PM
Come sit beneath the stars with us. Laugh. Cry. Remember.
And for a couple of hours, let the glow of the big screen remind us of the woman who spent her life bringing light to others.
Thank you, Dolly. For the songs that carried us. For the stories that stayed with us. For the laughter. For the love.
For reminding us that being a good human being is one of the greatest things we can ever be.
The world may feel a little quieter without you, but your light will keep shining in all the places you touched.
Rest easy, Dolly. We’ll keep the lights on. It’s more than a movie. It’s a memory.
